Generally, a complete line includes the following parts:bale opener, belt conveyor, roller sorting machine, label removing system, sorting table, crusher, screw feeder, hot washing machine, friction washing machine, floating washing tank, dewatering machine, drying system, storage silo and control system.

Its output range is from 200kg/h to 2000kg/h depending on materials.

1), Crusher: the blades are made of SKD-II, wearable and long life.
